Halloween Goodness and Fun

Parties, pumpkins and pies ... it's Fall and more specifically Halloween. I have been very busy over the last couple days with all sorts of Halloween goodness. It all started out with the carving of the pumpkins. I thought MAYBE this year I would get creative with the pumpkin decorating but was very intimidated after looking at all the options so ... in the end we decided to go with your standard Jack-o-lantern look.

This afternoon, Alyssa had her fall party at the firestation! It was so cool walking through the station and learning about all the firemen do. A little lesson ... #1 cause of fire ... cooking so be careful. Also, we have all heard of Stop, Drop and Roll ... however, did you know that when you stop drop and roll you are also suppose to cover your face with your hands. A little tid-bit of information the firefighter said most people don't know.

After leaving the firestation, I had to quickly run over to hit the bestest Halloween party of the year ... Noah's 1st grade classroom. We had so much fun playing games, eating snacks and just being silly.

Have a Safe and Happy Halloween!!
